About Dan
I have spent most of the last 15 years working with asset-intensive organizations who, no matter the industry, geography or relative maturity, all struggle with the same issue – how to get the most from their investment whilst keeping their business profitable and their people safe.
My career started in the British Military in the early 2000s and that experience, together with exposure to a broad range of industrial operations, across the globe, has taught me the value of well informed, high quality decision making and what is needed to help leaders achieve it.
Today, I apply this experience as part of KBC’s Asset Management team, which specializes in improving the availability, reliability, and performance of complex industrial assets. In this role, I work closely with leadership teams across refining, chemicals, and metals to strengthen asset management strategies, optimize turnaround planning and execution, and unlock greater value from existing assets.
My work also focuses on integrating digital technologies and data-driven approaches that enable operators to improve operational performance, reduce unplanned downtime, and make more informed investment decisions across the asset lifecycle.
